专利说明:
frame system for doors This invention relates on the one hand to a frame system suitable for pivotally accommodating a door, comprising a first and second upright sleeve profile, wherein each sleeve profile comprises a front and rear wall and two opposite side edges, and an upper profile connected to the two upright sleeve profiles. The frame system according to the present invention can be used both for standard doors and for the so-called wall-mounted doors. On the other hand, this invention relates to an assembly of such a frame system, a door pivotally accommodated in the frame system and a support structure. Door systems are composed of a fixed part (frame) and a movable door placed therein, wherein the door and / or the fixed part are provided with hinge means for pivotally receiving the door in the fixed part. As standard, the fixed part comprises two upright metal (usually aluminum) or MDF profiles that are mounted against a support structure and that are connected to each other via a transversely arranged top profile. With such a system it is always difficult to place the fixed part in a straight line (spirit level), because at the moment that you are going to place the fixed part (in practice during the structural work phase), there is not yet a fixed reference point. There is only the support structure that has not yet been finished, while the actual reference point is the support structure provided with a plaster layer. In order to be able to position the fixed frame afterwards, a few solutions have been described in the prior art, so that one can try to level the frame with the aid of thickness plates or specially adjustable spacer screws. The door must always be pulled in and out of the fixed section until the fixed section is correctly positioned. Such a way of working is obviously very cumbersome. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a frame system with which it is possible to immediately correctly position the fixed part with respect to the door received in the fixed part. The object of the invention is achieved by providing a frame system suitable for pivotally accommodating a door, comprising a first and second upright tube profile, wherein each tube profile comprises a front and rear wall and two opposite side edges, and one with the top profile connected to both upright box profiles, one of the side edges of the first and second box profiles being provided with a guide channel and wherein said frame system comprises at least a first bracket part which can be mounted on a support structure, and at least a second bracket part which is slidably provided in said guide channel, wherein the first and second bracket part can be connected to each other to position the tubular profile with respect to a pivotable door included in the frame system. Such a frame system has the advantage that the frame formed by the upright tube profiles (uprights) and the top profile, including a door pivotally accommodated in the frame, can be adjusted via the adjustable wall brackets and leveled without this, for example, with control blocks must be worked to regulate squareness and straightness. The top profile and the first and second tubular profile are preferably made of aluminum. In a preferred embodiment of the frame system according to the invention, the one side edge of the first tube profile is provided with the guide channel and the other side edge of this tube profile is provided with a number of recesses suitable for receiving a hinge means of a door. By default, the door included in the frame system will comprise three hinges. The hinges used are preferably of the "invisible" type, and more particularly 3-dimensionally adjustable. According to a more preferred embodiment of the frame system according to the invention, the one side edge of the second sleeve profile is provided with the guide channel and the other side edge of this sleeve profile is provided with at least one recess suitable for receiving a partition from a door lock. The choice for a left-handed opening or a right-opening opening is determined by the location where the above-mentioned first and second box section will be placed. According to a special embodiment of the frame system according to the invention, the first bracket part comprises a plate-shaped element with a first and second connecting lip extending perpendicularly to the plate-shaped element, and the second bracket part comprises a plate-shaped element with a connecting lip extending perpendicularly to the plate-shaped element, wherein the first connecting lip of the first bracket part is provided to be connected via a connecting means to the connecting lip of the second bracket part. Preferably, the first connecting lip of the first bracket part is shorter than the second connecting lip. More in particular, the second connecting lip is provided with the first bracket part to be connected via a connecting means to the guide channel of the box section. In a most special embodiment of the frame system according to the invention, the second connecting lip of the first bracket part and the connecting lip of the second bracket part comprise a similar slot-shaped opening for a connecting means. As connecting means, use is preferably made of socket head screws for the connection between the respective connecting lips, and of bolts for the connection between the connecting lip and the guide channel. In particular, there are three second bracket parts per tube profile provided in the guide channel. In a more special embodiment of the frame system according to the invention, the width of the first bracket part is equal to the width of the support structure. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the frame system according to the invention, the end of the guide channel of the first and second box section is provided with an end element. The end element will on the one hand prevent the (second) wall brackets included in the guide channel from sliding out of the guide channel during assembly (e.g. when the frame is moved to its mounting position). Otherwise the end element will prevent damage to the tube profiles. Another subject of this application concerns an assembly of a frame system as described above, a door pivotally accommodated in the frame system and a support structure, wherein the support structure is composed of a number of U-shaped profiles. The support structure is preferably a metal stud. These metal studs can be directly finished with plasterboard sheets of, for example, 13 mm. fat. The present invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of a frame system according to the present invention. The purpose of this description is only to provide clarifying examples and to indicate further advantages and details of this embodiment of a sliding system, and can therefore in no way be interpreted as a limitation of the scope of the invention or of the patent rights claimed in the claims. . In this detailed description reference is made to the accompanying drawings by reference numerals, in which: figure 1 is a representation of a part of the frame system according to the invention. figure 2 shows the insertion of the second bracket part into the guide channel of the box section; figure 3 is a representation of the second bracket part; figure 4 is a representation of the first bracket part; figure 5 is a representation of an end element; figure 6: a detailed representation of the end element provided on the underside of a box section; figure 7: a representation of a frame of the frame system provided with temporary spacers; figure 8: a representation of a door that can be pivotally accommodated in the frame system and on which the hinges are visible; figure 9 is a representation of a support structure in which the frame system can be mounted together with, for example, the door shown in figure 8, and on which the attachment of the first bracket part to the support structure is explained; - figure 10: the mounting of the frame system (with door) on the support structure is explained. The frame system suitable for pivotally accommodating a door (1), according to the present invention, is a universal system, wherein, for example, within the same door width and type, a door (1) can be selected which can be mounted to the left or right of the system. This ensures a significant reduction in storage space. The frame system comprises a frame, as shown inter alia in figure 1, which is composed of a first (2) and second (3) standing tube profile which are connected to each other via an upper profile (4) extending perpendicularly to the tube profiles. The different profiles (2, 3, 4) of the frame are made of aluminum, which has a high rigidity, so that stability can be guaranteed. In addition, aluminum is insensitive to moisture and maintenance-free. In order to keep the upright sleeve profiles (2, 3) parallel to each other during the further assembly steps, spacers (12) are provided between the two sleeve profiles (2, 3) as shown in Figure 7. Each box section (2, 3) has a front and rear wall and two opposite side edges. In this case, one of the side edges of the first (2) and second (3) box section is each provided with a guide channel (5) into which a second bracket part (7), as illustrated in Figure 2, can be slid. As the guide channel (5) is closed at the top by the top profile (4), the sliding in of the second bracket part (7) will take place via the bottom. In practice, three (second) bracket parts (7) are provided per box profile (2, 3). The second bracket part (7) is slidable in the guide channel (5) as long as the frame system is not mounted in a support structure (8). Once all second bracket parts (7) are provided in the guide channel (5), a plate-shaped end element (11) (see Figures 5 and 6) is provided at the bottom thereof. This end element (11) will inter alia prevent the second bracket parts (7) from sliding out of the guide channel during the further assembly and / or assembly steps. The end element (11) also forms a protection for the sleeve profiles (2, 3), for instance they will ensure that cleaning products do not come into direct contact with the upright sleeve profiles (2, 3). The frame system according to the invention also comprises a first bracket part (6) which, as explained in Figure 9, can be mounted on a support structure (8). The support structure (8) is in practice made up of metal U-shaped profiles, so-called metal studs. The frame system according to the invention is suitable, for example, to be built-in with a U-shaped profile of e.g. 48 mm. wide. The system can of course be adapted to be built in with profiles with different dimensions or shapes. The profiles (8) must, after placement of the frame system, be directly finished with plasterboard sheets (eg 13 mm thick). The gypsum board must be glued around with the profiles of the system. This connection should preferably be made with mounting glue and be reinforced with a fiberglass net to prevent fault lines. In practice, six first bracket parts (6) are provided per mounted door, three per (raised) side. The mounting of the different (first) bracket parts (6) against the left and right (upright) profile of the support structure is in principle done via fixing screws. To this end, the first bracket part is provided with specific mounting openings. After forming the frame (with spacers) and inserting the second bracket parts (7) into the upright frame profiles (2, 3), the frame can be provided with hinge means and a part of a door lock. For this purpose, the other side edge (not the one on which the guide channel (5) is provided) of the tubular section (2, 3) is either provided with a number of recesses suitable for receiving a hinged means of a door, or recess suitable for receiving a hinge element in which a partition of a door lock can be received. By default, the door included in the frame system will comprise three hinges. The hinges used are preferably of the "invisible" type, and more particularly 3D adjustable. After the hinges and the relevant door lock part have been fitted, the door can be pivotally suspended in the frame. After this has been done, the whole (frame + door), via the first (6) and second (7) bracket parts, as shown in Figure 10, can be attached to the support structure (8). Characteristic of this invention is that the first (6) and second (7) bracket part can be connected to each other via a connecting means (10). This will preferably be done via Allen screws. By connecting the various first (6) and second (7) bracket parts together in this way and, in particular, the degree of screwing in of the connecting means, the two sleeve profiles (2, 3) can be positioned nicely level with respect to an pivotable door (1) included in the frame of the frame system. How this will happen in practice is shown in Figure 10. The first (6) and second (7) bracket parts have, as can be seen from Figures 3 and 4, a specific shape that allows the two parts to be connected to each other. Both the first (6) and the second (7) bracket parts are made up of a plate-shaped element (6.1, 7.1) that is partially (over) folded, so that a connecting lips extending perpendicular to the plate-shaped element (6.1, 7.1) 6.2, 6.4, 7.2). These connecting lips (6.2, 7.2) each have a similar slot-shaped opening (6.3, 7.3) that allows the two lips to be connected to each other (see Figure 10) via a connecting means (10) (Allen screw). In order to be able to fix both the front and back of the box section (2, 3), the first bracket part (6) has two right-angled connecting lips (6.2 and 6.4), one lip (6.2) being shorter than the other lip (6.4 ). During assembly, the first connecting lip (6.2) of the first bracket part will be connected to the connecting lip of the second bracket part (7). Here, the second bracket part (7) will first be positioned opposite the first bracket part, then both parts (6 and 7) are connected to each other by installing an Allen screw in the slot-shaped opening (7.3) of the securing lip (7.2) of the second bracket part (7) which screw will extend into the opening provided in the first connecting lip (6.2). for a good fixation, a bolt is also arranged in the slot-shaped opening (6.3) of the second connecting lip (6.4) and the first bracket part so as to mount this lip (6.4) against the guide channel.
